Web Development
Web applications that load fast and last.
Customer portals, internal tools, SaaS platforms and high-performance websites built on Next.js, React and modern APIs.
Web Development at INTELLIA, in brief
INTELLIA builds web applications, customer portals, marketplaces and corporate websites using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js or .NET back ends. Projects are delivered in two-week sprints with automated testing and CI/CD, and are engineered for Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), search visibility and maintainability after launch.

When the website or portal becomes the bottleneck
Many business web systems were built quickly and have grown by patch. Pages are slow on mobile, small changes take weeks, nobody is sure what will break, and the platform cannot integrate with the ERP, payment gateway or WhatsApp channel the business now depends on.
- Slow pages that lose mobile visitors and rank poorly
- Fragile code without tests, so every release is risky
- Manual work because the portal does not talk to back-office systems
- Security patches and framework upgrades that never happen

Our approach
How a typical engagement runs
- 1
Discovery and architecture
Users, journeys, integrations and non-functional needs (performance, security, hosting) captured in a short architecture document.
- 2
Design system first
Tokens and components are designed once and reused, which speeds every later screen.
- 3
Sprint delivery
Two-week sprints with a demo, automated tests and a staging environment you can click through.
- 4
Performance and SEO budget
Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals targets are set at the start and checked in CI.
- 5
Launch and support
Zero-downtime deployment, monitoring and a support plan for updates and new features.
What kind of web project do you need?
The right technical approach depends on what the site has to do.
| Project type | Primary goal | Typical stack | Typical first release |
|---|---|---|---|
| Corporate website | Credibility, search traffic, leads | Next.js static generation + Markdown or headless CMS | 4–8 weeks |
| Customer portal | Self-service, fewer support calls | Next.js + API back end + ERP integration | 8–14 weeks |
| SaaS platform | Recurring revenue, multi-tenant | Next.js + NestJS or .NET + PostgreSQL | 12–20 weeks for MVP |
| Marketplace | Match buyers and vendors | Web app + payments + vendor workflows | 14–24 weeks |
How do you make web applications fast?
Speed is designed in, not added at the end. We render content on the server or at build time, send the smallest possible JavaScript to the browser, size and lazy-load images, avoid layout shifts, and load third-party scripts only after consent and after the page is interactive. Performance budgets are checked automatically in the CI pipeline, so regressions are caught before release.
Security as a default
Every project includes dependency scanning, secure headers, input validation on the server, rate limiting on public forms and APIs, least-privilege database access, and secrets kept out of source code. For regulated clients we add penetration testing and audit logging.

Pricing and engagement
How we work together
Most web projects suit a fixed-scope first release followed by a monthly retainer for improvements. Larger platforms are usually built by a dedicated team.
Fixed-scope release
Best for: Websites, portals and MVPs
Agreed scope, milestones and price after a short discovery phase.
Dedicated product team
Best for: SaaS and evolving platforms
Engineers, QA and a designer working through your roadmap, billed monthly.
Care plan
Best for: Live sites and portals
Security updates, monitoring, backups and a monthly block of enhancement hours.
We do not publish fixed prices because scope drives cost. Every proposal states assumptions, inclusions and exclusions.
