Does ASSURA support ISO certification audits?

ASSURA can hold checklists and obligation registers for ISO management standards and other frameworks. Certification itself is granted by accredited bodies; ASSURA helps you prepare evidence.

How does ASSURA ensure actions are closed?

Each finding generates actions with owners and due dates, automatic reminders, escalation when overdue, and a verification step before an action is marked closed.

Can we customize audit templates?

Yes. Checklists, scoring, finding categories, risk ratings and report templates are fully configurable.
