Who is INTELLIA?
INTELLIA is a software company in Karachi, Pakistan that builds AI, data, ERP, WhatsApp automation and enterprise software. Its product suite of 13 business applications covers customer support, HR, contact centers, fleet, documents, education and audit, and its engineers deliver custom web and mobile projects for clients across Pakistan, the GCC, the UK and the US.
Our story
INTELLIA (intelliasol.com) is a software house headquartered in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan. The company designs, builds and supports business software in three ways: custom development of web, mobile and enterprise systems; implementation and integration work on platforms such as Odoo ERP, the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and Asterisk/Issabel telephony; and a suite of 13 ready-to-deploy products, including CX Hub for customer support, CONVERSA for contact centers, LOOMX for WhatsApp automation, RAINMAKER HRMS for human resources, NAVIX for fleet management and ASSURA for audit and compliance. INTELLIA applies artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics across this work, from conversational agents to reporting dashboards. Its teams work with organizations in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the United Kingdom and the United States, offering project-based delivery, dedicated teams, product licensing and managed support.
We started by building software for specific operational problems — a contact center that needed better routing, an HR team buried in spreadsheets, a support desk drowning in email. Each solution became a product, and those products now form a suite of 13 applications that share one design system, one security model and one integration approach.
