Working with INTELLIA
Where is INTELLIA based?
INTELLIA is headquartered at 1D-203, Sector 30, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan, and works with clients in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and the US.
Do you work with international clients remotely?
Yes. Most international engagements run remotely with scheduled overlap hours, video meetings, shared repositories and fortnightly demos. On-site visits for workshops or go-live can be arranged.
What engagement models do you offer?
Project-based fixed-scope delivery, dedicated teams billed monthly, product licensing and white-label deployments, and managed support with defined response times.
How do we start?
Send a brief through the start-a-project form or contact page. A solution architect replies within one business day to arrange a discovery call, usually followed by a proposal or a short discovery phase.
Will we sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential details.
Pricing and contracts
How much does a software project cost?
Cost depends on users, journeys, integrations, data migration and non-functional requirements. We provide a fixed price after discovery for defined scopes, or a monthly team cost for evolving products, always with stated assumptions.
Do you publish product prices?
No. Product pricing depends on deployment model, users, modules and support level. Request a demo and we will send a proposal based on your needs.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
We typically invoice international clients in US dollars and Pakistani clients in Pakistani rupees. Other currencies, such as UAE dirhams or Saudi riyals, can be agreed in the contract.
What payment terms do you use?
Fixed-scope projects are usually billed by milestone. Dedicated teams and support are billed monthly in advance. Terms are confirmed in each proposal.
Security, data and ownership
Who owns the source code?
For custom development, you own the source code, documentation and design files on payment. For licensed products, you receive a license to use the software and own all of your data.
Where is our data hosted?
Wherever you choose: our managed cloud, your own cloud account in a region you select, or your on-premises servers. This flexibility helps meet data-residency rules in Pakistan and the GCC.
How do you protect our data?
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, least-privilege infrastructure access, dependency scanning and secure development practices. We support your security assessments and penetration tests.
Can our data be exported if we leave?
Yes. Product data can be exported in standard formats, and custom systems run on infrastructure and repositories you control.
Support and maintenance
What support do you provide after launch?
Every project includes a hypercare period after go-live. After that, optional support agreements cover bug fixes, monitoring, security updates, small enhancements and user questions with agreed response times.
What are your support hours?
Standard support follows Pakistan business hours, which overlap fully with the GCC. Extended or out-of-hours coverage can be included for critical systems.
Can you support software built by another vendor?
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, stabilize urgent issues, then take over maintenance or plan improvements.
