The problem

Why teams look for smart customer support platform software

Support requests arrive through email, WhatsApp, phone and social media, each handled in a different tool. Agents copy information between screens, managers cannot see backlogs or response times, and customers repeat themselves every time they switch channels.

The solution

How CX Hub solves it

CX Hub gives every request a single ticket with full history across channels, routes it to the right team automatically, tracks SLA timers, and helps agents reply faster with AI suggestions and a shared knowledge base. Managers see live queues and trends on one dashboard.

How CX Hub fits into a support operation

Most teams start by connecting email and WhatsApp, then add web chat and phone. Each new channel feeds the same ticket model, so reporting stays consistent as the operation grows. Supervisors watch live queues and SLA risk; agents work from one screen with customer history beside every conversation.

FAQ

CX Hub questions, answered

What is CX Hub?

CX Hub is an omnichannel customer support platform from INTELLIA. It unifies email, WhatsApp, chat, social and phone requests into tickets with SLAs, AI-assisted replies, a knowledge base and analytics.

Which channels does CX Hub support?

Email, WhatsApp through the Meta Business Platform, website chat, Facebook and Instagram messages, a customer portal, and phone calls logged from the CONVERSA contact-center platform. Additional channels can be added through the API.

Does the AI reply to customers automatically?

By default the AI drafts replies for agents to review. Fully automated answers can be enabled for specific, low-risk categories once quality has been validated on your content.

Can we migrate from our current helpdesk?

Yes. We import tickets, contacts and articles from common helpdesk tools via API or CSV, and map fields and statuses to your new configuration.

How is CX Hub priced?

Pricing depends on the number of agents, channels, AI usage and deployment model. Request a demo and we will send a proposal based on your volumes.

Can CX Hub be hosted in our country?

Yes. CX Hub can run in a cloud region of your choice or on-premises, which helps meet data-residency requirements in Pakistan and the GCC.
