The challenge
The client needed a marketplace where verified vendors could list products and respond to buyer requests with bids, with commissions, split orders and payouts handled automatically, plus Arabic and English interfaces.
The solution
INTELLIA ran discovery, designed the vendor and buyer journeys, defined a modular architecture (catalog, bidding, orders, payments, payouts) and prepared a phased delivery plan and estimate.
