The challenge
The platform's infrastructure was managed through low-level hypervisor tools that tenants could not use directly. Customers needed a simple, secure console to create and manage virtual machines without operator involvement.
The solution
INTELLIA designed and built a tenant-facing console on top of the hypervisor's APIs, with VM lifecycle actions, console access, networking and firewall rules, snapshots, usage metering and role-based access.

How we built it
Every infrastructure action becomes a job with states (queued, running, succeeded, failed) streamed to the browser over WebSockets. The backend enforces tenant boundaries on every call to the hypervisor API.
