The challenge

Dispatchers called drivers to locate vehicles, fuel was logged on paper, service intervals were tracked from memory and customers could not be given reliable arrival times.

The solution

INTELLIA connected the fleet's GPS devices to NAVIX, launched a driver app for jobs and proof of delivery, imported fuel records and configured maintenance schedules and alerts.

Tech stack

How we built it

Device messages are ingested through protocol adapters into a time-series store; the live map subscribes to position updates. The driver app works offline and queues proof-of-delivery photos.
